Daikin Shira Plus Air Conditioner Noisy Operation
I purchased a Shira Plus 18000 BTU air conditioner from Gk Iklimlendirme Tuzla and had it installed by Hantek Gebze service on July 22nd, Saturday. However, apart from the normal water or gas flow sounds, the air conditioner produces an additional, extremely annoying noise that persists even when I switch it to silent mode. I reached out to both the company and the service, but they redirected me to the headquarters, indicating that their job is done. The headquarters registered my complaint, but I'm skeptical about getting any positive outcome. I deliberately paid a premium for the best brand/model to avoid such issues, but unfortunately, I'm proven wrong. I now hesitate to turn on the air conditioner due to my increasing frustration. I demand either a refund for the unit or a prompt resolution to my problem. Additionally, the shoddy installation caused damage to the panel door frame, which I also want to be rectified or compensated for.
