Arçelik 12325 AC Showed Ch38 Error in One Day and Dealer Refuses Return

On August 28, I purchased an Arçelik 12325 A++ air conditioner from an Arçelik dealer for ₺25,500. The product was installed on August 29, but by the night of August 30, less than 24 hours later, it stopped working and displayed the error code ch38. When the service team inspected it, they stated there were problems with the installation and pipes, causing a gas leak. Since our building and apartment are new, making an external connection is both impossible and aesthetically unsuitable. Although I legally have the right to return the product within 14 days without providing any reason, the Arçelik dealer refuses to take it back. I contacted both the dealer and Arçelik customer service to request a return, but no positive solution was offered. As the product broke down within just one day and is unusable, I have the sales contract and payment receipt. I am requesting a refund of the ₺25,500 I paid and the return of the product. My purchase is under a 3-year warranty and a 10-year outdoor unit warranty, and I demand that my grievance be resolved urgently.
