Daikin Air Conditioner Delivered as Defective, Installation Not Done Properly

I started your Daikin air conditioner, which I bought in May, to use it on July 5 with the warming of the weather... Unfortunately, it did not work. I learned that the gas was out of gas in the research I did on the internet. Since I knew the branch that did the installation, I called and they made an appointment for July 8. The friend who came on the 8th said that the installation was done by Dogaser, not us. Although Dogaser made an appointment for Monday, he came on Tuesday at 14:00 (especially when they insisted that they would come), the team that came on Tuesday said that the brand new air conditioner ran out of gas and the installation had to be changed. I called Ms. A*** from Dogaser and she said that she would definitely do it on Friday morning because they had embarrassed them before. I called Ms. A*** at 10 a.m. today and she said that she would come by in the evening. Even though it was 18:30, no one came or called. I called Ms. A***, unfortunately she didn't answer. I have never seen such a disgraceful team... When I told them that I bought Vestel in my office in the morning and they installed it in 2 days, they mocked Vestel and said that they sell less and we sell more. I have been dissatisfied with the process from the very beginning when I bought this air conditioner... no matter how high quality your brand is, your service is so blind...
