Unresolved Arçelik Air Conditioner Installation Issue

I purchased an Arçelik brand air conditioner. I made an appointment for installation on July 22 and was able to make an appointment for August 26. The service personnel who came for installation on August 26 could not do the installation because they did not have enough equipment and said they would come back in 1-2 business days to complete the installation. Today is August 28 and we open a pointless service ticket at the call center every day but we cannot get service. What do we need to do to get service? I will definitely not choose the Arçelik brand again. I definitely do not think that you will eliminate this grievance, but I am sharing it so that other consumers will think again and again when choosing this brand. The products look like the first day in the box. If you want to eliminate my grievance, please take it as a return because the summer season is over. I will buy a different brand for next summer and have it installed the next day.
