Arçelik Air Conditioner CH38-CH32 Error Codes Not Fixed

We bought a 24000 Btu air conditioner from Arçelik on June 6, 2024, it was installed on Thursday, June 13, and on Saturday, June 15, the air conditioner gave CH38 error and did not work, after complaining to 4 places, the service came on the same day, the air conditioner became working, but after 1 hour it gave the same error again, we called the headquarters, the appointment was given after the holiday, today I tried to see if the air conditioner was working, this time it first gave CH38 error and then CH 32 error! If the 2-day-old air conditioner we just bought is like this, I will never bring Arçelik products into my home again...! The air conditioner that we bought with trust as Koç Holding was a waste in 2 days. We have created a return request and I will never buy Arçelik. We are currently looking for Demirdöküm or Vestel brands... Arçelik has become a business, have some respect for your work, and have some business ethics...! It's a pity really...! The air conditioner we bought to get rid of the heat has turned into x2 torture for us..!!!!
