They wrote the license plate incorrectly when creating the service record. My appointment for tomorrow was canceled, and a new one was scheduled for Thursday morning. I will write the updated situation here after the service.

I own a 2019 Dacia Sandero Easy-R 0.9 petrol with 60,000 km on the clock. The vehicle has a persistent and severe vibration problem when starting off and when engaging reverse gear. This issue has been ongoing for a long time, and I believe it may have also been experienced by the previous owner. Since I know this is a common and chronic problem with this model, I have not contacted the service until now. Although my vehicle is no longer under warranty, I consider this persistent vibration to be a manufacturing defect, making the product faulty. Therefore, I kindly request that Dacia provide a free repair, or at the very least, a significant discount for the repair, in order to resolve this issue and address my grievance.

At the weekend, I was referred to the authorized service through Mr. Yasin from the Head Office. At Esenyurt Otomol service, Ms. Şenel and Mr. Cihan closely followed the process until the end. The procedures to be done were explained. Even though my warranty period had expired, they were very helpful regarding the price. The parts were ordered and will be replaced once they are supplied. I would like to thank Mr. Yasin, Ms. Şenel, and Mr. Cihan for their close attention during this process. I will update the situation here after the procedures are completed and I have tested the vehicle.

I would like to thank Mr. Yasin from the headquarters, Ms. Şenel and Mr. Cihan from Esenyurt Otomol service for their attention and support during this process. They followed the process from start to finish and kept me informed at all times. Thanks to this, I had a very comfortable service experience.
