Cybex Talos S Lux Stroller Price Dropped ₺20,000 in One Year After My Purchase
In August of last year, I purchased a Cybex Talos S Lux stroller from your Ataşehir store for ₺40,000. At that time, I didn’t urgently need the stroller, but I was advised to buy it immediately because a price increase was expected and, in general, prices across the country were rising.
However, shortly after my purchase, I noticed the stroller’s price dropped to ₺30,000, and now, as of today, it is listed at ₺20,000. In less than a year, I have essentially lost ₺20,000 on this product, which is deeply frustrating and unfair—especially given Turkey’s current economic conditions.
I bought this stroller trusting Cybex as a premium and reliable brand, and I feel misled by such inconsistent pricing practices. It makes me hesitant to purchase other products I planned to buy, such as a cabin stroller and a car seat.
I am raising this complaint on behalf of myself and other customers who may be in the same situation. I request Cybex to address this issue by offering a fair solution to compensate for this significant loss. At the very least, I expect the brand to stand behind its customers and explain why such extreme price drops occurred.
This level of price inconsistency from a brand of Cybex’s stature is unacceptable, and I urge you to take action to restore customer trust.
