I Face Unauthorized Monthly Charges by CV Marker Despite One-Time Payment

I used the CV Marker website to prepare my mother’s CV, and the platform informed me that the payment would be a one-time fee for lifetime access. Based on this information, I accepted the charge. However, without any prior notice or consent, the application started withdrawing 300₺ monthly subscription fees from my bank account. I only realized this situation after reviewing my bank statement and discovered that the fee had been charged two or three times in total. I never agreed to a recurring subscription, nor was I informed about such a condition. This practice is misleading and causes unfair consumer harm. I request a full refund of the wrongly charged amounts and demand that this deceptive system be corrected immediately.
