CV Marker Wrongfully Created Subscription and Demanding 750₺ Debt

On 20/05/2025, I used CV Marker to create a CV with a one-time payment of 18₺. After that day, I never logged into the site again, nor was I informed of any membership or recurring subscription being started.
Today, I was shocked to receive a debt notification of 750₺ for unpaid months, which only accumulated because I changed my bank card and they could not withdraw money. No warning, no subscription details, and no clear terms were ever shared with me. The only notice I received was an email claiming I owed money because payments had failed.
I only wanted a single-use service, not a membership. It is unacceptable that a hidden subscription was created without my consent and that a debt has now been imposed on me.
I demand that this 750₺ debt be immediately canceled and that my situation be resolved fairly. Customers should not be tricked into recurring payments when they clearly intended to purchase a one-time service. CV Marker must stop these unfair practices and correct my case without delay.
