CV Marker Continues Charging 299₺ Monthly Despite Membership Cancellation

I had previously purchased a membership from CV Marker, but despite canceling it 6 months ago, my Yapı Kredi bank card is still being charged 299₺ every month. When I contacted customer service about the cancellation, they confirmed that the membership had indeed been canceled. However, the unauthorized deductions continued without interruption. My registered email address is t*****@gmail.com, and I have all the payment receipts to prove these charges. Since the cancellation, I have not used the service even once, which makes these withdrawals completely unfair and unjustified. This ongoing situation has caused me significant financial stress and frustration. I demand a full refund of the total amount wrongly taken after my cancellation and a guarantee that no further charges will occur. I expect CV Marker to resolve this issue immediately and take responsibility for misleading and unauthorized billing practices.
