I purchased a CV preparation service on CV Maker using my bank card. After this one-time payment, I noticed unauthorized withdrawals were made from my account on separate dates. On 28/08/2025, 30₺ was taken, and on 05/09/2025, another 300₺ was withdrawn. At no point was I informed that a membership or subscription had been started, nor did I approve any recurring payments.
I immediately contacted the company via email to resolve this issue, but I have received no response at all. This lack of communication only adds to the frustration of being wrongfully charged.
I demand the urgent refund of the 30₺ and 300₺ taken from my account without my consent and the immediate cancellation of any unauthorized subscription linked to my details. CV Maker must stop misleading customers with hidden charges and provide clear, transparent billing practices.
