I Face Unauthorized ₺600 Charges from CV Maker After One-Time Payment

I used CV Maker only once to have a CV prepared, paying ₺30 for that single service. I never agreed to any subscription, recurring payment, or additional service. However, without my consent or any prior notice, CV Maker withdrew ₺300 from my account twice, totaling ₺600. These charges are completely unauthorized, unjustified, and unacceptable.

They have clearly stored my payment information without my explicit permission and used it for repeated withdrawals. I was never informed about these charges, nor did I receive any explanation from the company. This feels like a deliberate misuse of my personal and financial details.

I demand an immediate explanation for these transactions and a full refund of the ₺600 taken from my account. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to all relevant consumer protection authorities and take legal action if necessary.
