I Face Unauthorized ₺250 Monthly Charge from CV Maker After One-Time Payment

I used the CV Maker website to create a CV for a little over ₺10, believing it was a one-time service. However, without my consent, they created a recurring membership on my behalf. Shortly after, I noticed that ₺250 had been withdrawn from my account without my authorization. It is clear that cvmaker.com.tr stores personal and payment information without proper approval and then attempts to charge a monthly subscription fee.

When I tried to address the issue, the responses I received were dismissive and unprofessional, almost mocking my situation instead of offering a solution. I never agreed to any subscription, nor was I informed about ongoing charges at the time of purchase.

I demand the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized membership, a full refund of the ₺250 taken, and a guarantee that no further charges will be made. If this is not resolved promptly, I will exercise all my legal rights to protect my consumer interests.
