CVMaker Unauthorized Membership Charge Despite One-Time Payment

On November 16, 2025, I used CVMaker and made a one-time payment of ₺20 for a CV creation service. However, I later discovered that a ₺339 membership fee was charged to my card without my permission or knowledge. The last four digits of my card are 4977. I did not authorize this charge, and I am requesting a full refund. I contacted CVMaker customer service by email regarding the issue, but I have not received any response. I also have the payment receipt as proof. I kindly request that my grievance be resolved and that the unauthorized amount be refunded to me.
