I am aware that the membership fee is 299,99₺ and that 31,94₺ is the download fee, but I never initiated a membership nor activated my account. My registered email address is c***************@gmail.com. When I contacted customer service by email, I received only a brief response stating, “No refunds will be made under the Terms and Conditions,” with no further explanation. This situation is unacceptable, as these transactions happened entirely without my knowledge and for a service I did not request or use. I demand the immediate refund of the unauthorized 318,28₺ charge and expect CV Maker to correct these misleading practices. I request a prompt resolution and a guarantee that such charges will not be repeated.
