I Face Unauthorized Charge from CV Maker After One-Time Payment

On August 4, 2025, I made what I believed to be a one-time payment of ₺30 to CV Maker for a single CV creation service. However, just one week later, without any prior notice or my consent, an additional ₺299 was withdrawn from my card. There was no explanation provided as to what service or package this charge was for. At no point was I informed that a subscription would be started or that recurring payments would be taken. I also did not receive any email notification or warning about such charges.

When I contacted customer service regarding this matter, my request for clarification and a refund was simply marked as “rejected” without any detailed explanation. I have the payment receipt for the unauthorized ₺299 withdrawal and can provide it if necessary.

I demand an immediate refund of the ₺299 taken without my consent and confirmation that no further unauthorized deductions will be made from my account. CV Maker must clearly inform customers about all charges before processing any payments.
