CVmaker.com.tr Unauthorized 299.99₺ Charge Despite One-Time Payment
Two weeks ago, I created a CV on Cvmaker.com.tr and paid 29.99₺ for a one-time service. However, on 06/09/2025, my bank card was charged 299.99₺ without my knowledge or consent. There was absolutely no mention of any membership, subscription, or auto-renewal condition when I signed up. If such a condition had been presented, I would never have accepted it.
After noticing the unauthorized charge, I emailed customer service but received no response. To make matters worse, I can no longer log into my account—my email (s*******@gmail.com**) is not being recognized by the system, and I cannot reset my password. This makes it impossible for me to cancel any hidden membership myself.
I demand a full refund of the 299.99₺ that was wrongfully taken from my account and immediate cancellation of any unauthorized subscription linked to my details. CVmaker.com.tr must also provide an explanation of how this happened and ensure that such misleading practices do not continue to harm customers.
