On May 4, 2025, I used cvmaker.com.tr to purchase a one-time CV creation service. I paid ₺9.99 via debit card, and the platform clearly stated that this was a single-use payment with no ongoing subscription. I never created an account or opted into any membership.
Yet on August 5, 2025, at exactly 12:37 AM, I received an email from CV Maker demanding a payment of ₺747—allegedly covering subscription fees for May, June, and July. I was stunned. I immediately replied to the email explaining that I never subscribed, only made a one-time payment, and expected no future charges. In return, I received a rude message simply insisting that I must pay. No explanation, no resolution—just an aggressive demand.
I searched online and discovered that many others have experienced similar unauthorized billing from this company. Clearly, this is not an isolated incident.
I demand the immediate cancellation of this unjust ₺747 payment request and the complete removal of any account or subscription associated with my name. I did not authorize any recurring charges, and CV Maker must stop these deceptive billing practices. This issue needs urgent resolution—refund and close my account now.
