On 15/05/2025, I used CV Maker’s service via cvmaker.com.tr and paid ₺9.99 to create a single CV. However, on 17/06/2025, I noticed that ₺249 was withdrawn from my credit card—without my approval, knowledge, or any notification. What’s even more concerning is that as of today (06/08/2025), the platform still displays an “unpaid balance” under my account, even though I had already canceled my subscription months ago and received a cancellation confirmation email.
I didn’t initiate any auto-renewal or monthly plan. I paid once for a specific service, canceled shortly after, and received written confirmation. Despite this, CV Maker not only charged me without consent but also falsely claims I still owe money. I haven’t contacted customer service yet, but this situation clearly needs urgent attention.
I demand that the false outstanding balance be removed from the system immediately, and the ₺249 that was wrongfully taken from my account be refunded in full. This is unauthorized billing, and CV Maker must stop charging users after confirmed cancellations. Take action now and resolve this issue properly.
