Unauthorized Charge by Cvhazirlama.cool – Refund Denied Despite Trial Period

I purchased a CV template from the website Cvhazirlama.cool for ₺29.95. Before the end of my 14-day trial, a charge of ₺749 was made on my account without my knowledge or consent. Despite closing my account, they refused to issue a refund, using the 14-day trial as an excuse. I never authorized this payment, and I demand an immediate refund. This practice is unacceptable, and I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
