Cvhazirlama.coo Withdrew Money From My Account Without My Permission

I bought a CV sample from Iyzico/cvhazirlama.coo for ₺29.95, and before the 14-day trial period concluded I discovered ₺749 was deducted from my account without my knowledge or approval. When I got back to them right away to ask for a refund, they turned me down citing the 14-day trial period. They continued not returning the money even after I closed my account. I feel misled in this regard as I was not given the correct information on these charges. Their withdrawal of such a significant sum without clear notification or my permission is alarming. Dealing with payments calls for more openness and justice, hence I regret depending on them with my account data.
