There was no consent, SMS notification, or any approval from the cardholder for this transaction.
The cardholder is planning to take legal action, both with the bank and in court, for this unauthorized transaction. I demand that the 749₺ charge be refunded immediately and the card details removed from the system. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will pursue legal action as well.
