I used CV cvhazirlama.cool for a single CV preparation service and completed the payment as needed. They upgraded me to a Premium membership and charged ₺749 to my credit card without my knowledge or consent. I haven't been able to reach anyone to sort out this problem or ask for a refund. It is extremely troubling to witness a service executing unauthorized transactions without any consent. I demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charge and expect steps to be implemented to ensure this does not occur again. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and has caused me to question my confidence in the platform. I expect my issue to be addressed quickly, as this service falls short of what is acceptable.
