My Card Was Charged Without My Consent via Iyzico

On 20.05.2025, an amount of ₺749 was withdrawn from my card without my knowledge or consent through iyzico by a website called cvhazirlama.coo. I would like to state that this transaction was not authorized by me and was carried out without my permission. I noticed the charge while reviewing my bank statement and was shocked to see a payment I had never approved. I have already made a separate payment for the CV service I used on the site. I immediately tried to contact the website, but there was no clear way to reach customer support. Therefore, this unauthorized charge is unlawful, and I request an immediate refund. If the amount is not refunded promptly, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
