On September 12, I initiated a withdrawal of 500 USDT from the Kcex crypto exchange. Although I had successfully withdrawn funds to the same address many times before, this time my withdrawal request was rejected and the transaction never went through.
To resolve the issue, I contacted customer service. They asked me to provide an ID photo and a handwritten note. I submitted all the requested documents in full. However, despite completing everything, I only received the reply: “Please wait, we are reviewing.” No further progress has been made.
Currently, my account is fully restricted from making any transfers. In the past, when I faced a similar problem, sending the same documents resolved the issue quickly. This time, even though I did not violate any rules and was never informed of any breach, the restriction on my account continues.
