Kcex Customer Service Delays 500 USDT Withdrawal

On September 12, I initiated a withdrawal of 500 USDT from the Kcex crypto exchange. Although I had successfully withdrawn funds to the same address many times before, this time my withdrawal request was rejected and the transaction never went through.
To resolve the issue, I contacted customer service. They asked me to provide an ID photo and a handwritten note. I submitted all the requested documents in full. However, despite completing everything, I only received the reply: “Please wait, we are reviewing.” No further progress has been made.
Currently, my account is fully restricted from making any transfers. In the past, when I faced a similar problem, sending the same documents resolved the issue quickly. This time, even though I did not violate any rules and was never informed of any breach, the restriction on my account continues. My expectation from Kcex is that this withdrawal restriction be lifted and that I am allowed to carry out my transactions without further issues.
