I Lost Access to My CRO Coins and USDT After Crypto.com Closed My Account

I purchased approximately 40,000 CRO coins on the Crypto.com exchange in 2022 and also had approximately 250 USDT in my account. I hadn't logged in for a long time, and today, when I tried to log in, I received an SMS saying "Crypto.com App Login Attempt. You cannot access the app at this time. Please contact Customer Support if you have questions. B043," and I was unable to log in to the app. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that my account had been automatically closed due to prolonged inactivity and would not be reopened. However, no explanation or solution was provided regarding my CRO coins and USDT balance in my account. I was not given any warning or notification before my account was closed. My registered email address is: Hopa.08.m***@gmail.com. My account was fully active and I had no identity verification or contract issues. I request that Crypto.com transfer my CRO coins or the USDT equivalent in my account to another exchange account. I urgently need a solution to prevent the loss of my assets that I hold for long-term investment purposes.
