Skechers Shoes I Bought from SuperStep Tore - My Complaints Were Ignored

I filed a complaint against SuperStep to Consumer Rights on 09.07.2024 with the complaint number 2024/1607.1807. The insides of the Skechers brand shoes from SuperStep were torn despite not using them for a few months. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Committee, but although the team had the right to return within 30 days, no one got back to me. I filed a complaint with Consumer Rights again on 30.12.2024 with the complaint number 2024/0549.3896, but almost 1 year has passed. The shoes are just sitting there on the sidelines, no one has returned. SuperStep violated my rights, and despite not filing a complaint with Consumer Rights to seek the upper right, no one has returned. I am seeking my rights.
