Creality K2 Plus Combo Bed Rods Bent After Purchase
I have been experiencing problems with my Creality K2 Plus Combo 3D printer since the day I purchased it. Most recently, the printer’s bed rods bent on their own, and I am no longer able to use the machine properly.
I have been waiting for replacement parts for approximately 30 days. Even though the printer is still under warranty, I have been told that instead of taking the machine in for service, they will only send me the replacement parts and that I am expected to install them myself. Furthermore, they have not provided me with any repair case number or customer service reference number. I am experiencing serious inconvenience both because the parts supply process has taken so long and because the machine has not been accepted for service.
I request that my printer be properly repaired under warranty by qualified technical personnel as soon as possible, or, if the problem cannot be resolved, that a permanent solution such as replacing the device be provided. I want this matter to be resolved clearly and without making me wait any longer.
