Creality K1 Front Glass Suddenly Shattered While Printer Was Off
Approximately five minutes ago, the front glass panel of my Creality K1 3D printer suddenly shattered while the printer was turned off and not being used. The entire front glass broke, sending glass fragments both inside the printer and throughout the surrounding area. This situation poses a serious safety risk and has also made the printer impossible to use.
Although the printer is still covered by warranty until April 25, 2026, before contacting the seller or any service center, I want to receive a clear explanation from the manufacturer regarding what happened. A front panel suddenly shattering on its own, without any impact, misuse, or external force, is not an acceptable situation.
Therefore, I request a technical and written explanation of why the front glass panel shattered, information about what measures have been taken to prevent a similar safety risk from occurring again, and a resolution of the inconvenience I have experienced under the warranty.
