I purchased a course from Domestika months ago—just a single course with a one-time payment. Then, out of nowhere and without any warning, Domestika charged me nearly ₺2000 for a subscription I never signed up for. If I had been enrolled in a membership, why would I have paid extra for that course in the first place? It makes absolutely no sense.
Their system is incredibly flawed and misleading. What’s even worse is that they only allow refund requests from a few select countries. So unless you’re in one of those, you’re out of luck. That’s not just unfair—it’s exploitative.
Domestika, I demand an immediate cancellation of this unauthorized subscription and a full refund of the nearly ₺2000 you withdrew from my account. You can’t trick users into hidden memberships and then block them from requesting refunds. Fix this now, and start respecting your customers’ consent and regional rights.
