Corendon Charged Me €472.58 But Didn’t Issue My Round-Trip Brussels–Eskişehir Tickets

On April 3, 2025, I purchased two round-trip tickets from Brussels to Eskişehir via the Corendon Airlines website. The payment went through successfully, and I even received a confirmation on the screen. However, despite the charge of €472.58 appearing on my bank account, I never received any tickets or email confirmation.

The very next day, I contacted Corendon’s call center and provided all the necessary details, including the transaction reference and payment proof. They told me I’d receive a response within five business days, but as of now, no one has followed up.

Corendon, you took my money—now deliver the tickets I paid for or refund me immediately. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I expect this issue to be resolved without further delay.
