Corendon Charged Unfair Extra Fees and Provided Poor Service on Dalaman–Cologne Flight

On September 8, 2025, I flew with Corendon Airlines from Dalaman to Cologne and had one of the most disappointing travel experiences. At the airport, I was forced to pay an extra €60 for baggage, even though I had already booked my ticket expecting standard allowances. In addition, the online check-in system was not available, yet I was still told that I had “failed to check in online” and was unfairly charged another €20 penalty. The problems continued on board, where I found chewing gum stuck to my seat. When I reported this to the flight attendant, instead of handling the matter professionally, she simply rolled her eyes and dismissed my concern, which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. This combination of unjust extra fees, poor service, and lack of basic cleanliness shows a serious failure in both customer care and operational standards. I am demanding a refund of the €80 in unfair charges and a formal explanation from Corendon for the unacceptable treatment I received.
