Extra Fees and Inadequate Cabin Service Experience at Corendon Airlines

My experience with Corendon (Dalaman to Cologne, 8th of September) was quite disappointing. We were forced to pay an extra €60 for baggage, the online check-in was not available which caused unnecessary hassle, and yet they still charged us for the in-person check-in. To make matters worse, my seat had chewing gum stuck to it, and when I informed the flight attendant, instead of addressing the issue professionally, she rolled her eyes at me. This level of service is unacceptable and far below the standards any passenger should expect.
