Corendon Airlines Sold My Lost Luggage at an Auction
Honestly, no matter what I say, no words to describe the inconvenience they caused...my luggage got lost with this company. Their communication is terrible. They kept reassuring me to be patient, saying they would find it, and for 6 months, they kept dragging it along, only to finally say they couldn't find it. They asked us to list the value of the items inside, and we did. Then, they made a mockery of me by offering an amount that wouldn't even cover the cost of the suitcase itself. They made a joke out of it. Through a friend at the Frankfurt airport, I managed to inquire about my luggage, and shockingly, it had been sold off in an auction. All my personal belongings, including my children's medications, were gone. And now, no one is even responding to my messages. You get the picture. I just wanted to put this out there for anyone considering using their services. It's more than just a lost bag; it's about the lack of care, empathy, and responsibility they exhibit toward their customers. This whole experience has left me feeling helpless and ignored. Just thought you should know.
