Corendon Airlines Denied Priority for Newborn and Pet

We recently flew with Corendon Airlines from Hamburg to Izmir with our newborn baby and our cat, along with numerous suitcases. The baggage drop-off line was extremely long, and despite our situation, we were given no priority. In fact, the staff dismissively told us that priority would not be granted, almost mocking our request. We ended up waiting in line for an hour, during which both our baby and cat were extremely stressed. It’s disappointing and frustrating that there is no priority for families with infants and passengers traveling with pets. I condemn the lack of consideration and vision in their policies. I sincerely hope the desk staff who mocked our stressful situation experiences a similar lack of empathy firsthand.
