I booked tickets for my family on Corendon Airlines, but when we boarded the plane, we found that our seats were scattered throughout the aircraft. How can I get my seating arrangement reconsidered?

If you've discovered that your family's seats on Corendon Airlines are scattered throughout the aircraft, it’s at the aircraft personnel’s discretion to decide what to do at that point. Next time, you can gain control of your seating arrangement through the "seat selection" option. During online check-in, the system automatically assigns seats based on availability, but to choose your preferred seats, select "seat selection" after entering your PNR and surname. For Premium ticket holders, their fare includes free seat selection. You can reserve paid seat selections during the reservation process, on the "Additional Services" page of the website if you've already purchased your tickets, or during online check-in, starting 7 days prior to your flight. Note that seat selection may not be available if the aircraft has not been assigned to your flight yet.
