I purchased round-trip tickets from Corendon Airlines for four passengers: İzmir to Düsseldorf on June 3 and Düsseldorf to İzmir on June 9. Shortly after the tickets were sold out, I was informed that the flight was canceled due to "operational reasons."
I then booked another set of tickets from the same airline: İzmir to Düsseldorf on June 3 and Köln to İzmir on June 9. However, both flights were canceled again once the tickets sold out. The airline provided no explanation for the cancellations and failed to compensate or even apologize for the inconvenience caused. It seems Corendon Airlines is exploiting passengers by using their money while canceling flights at will. I demand a proper explanation and a resolution for this issue.
