CoolDrama won’t cancel my subscription—how can I stop charges?

If CoolDrama won’t cancel your subscription,

Review your subscription first;

• Check:
– Your CoolDrama account subscription settings
– Your App Store or Google Play subscriptions
– Whether the subscription still shows as active or renewing
– The account used for the original purchase

• Confirm:
– Auto-renewal is disabled
– You’re checking the correct account
– There isn’t another active CoolDrama subscription
– You received cancellation confirmation

Gather evidence;

• Save screenshots showing:
– Your active subscription
– Failed cancellation attempts
– Any error messages
– Your billing or purchase history

• Keep:
– Transaction IDs
– Payment receipts
– Cancellation attempts and dates
– Previous support conversations

Contact CoolDrama support;

• Request:
– Immediate cancellation of the subscription
– Confirmation that no future charges will occur
– A refund review for any charges after your attempted cancellation
– An explanation of why cancellation failed
