Converse Shoes Stained My Socks After One Month of Use

We received a pair of Converse Chuck Taylor shoes as a gift from Beymen and took delivery of them in April. After approximately one month of normal use, the shoes began transferring dye onto my socks. Every time I wear them, my socks become heavily stained with color.
I believe the problem originates from the inner lining of the shoes. This issue has significantly reduced my confidence in both the product's quality and the Converse brand. Although I do not have the original receipt or gift receipt because the shoes were received as a gift, I do know that they were purchased from Beymen.
I respectfully request that the shoes be inspected to determine whether the color transfer is the result of a manufacturing or material defect. If a product defect is confirmed, I ask that the shoes be replaced with a new pair or that another appropriate warranty solution be provided.
