I'm pretty disappointed with my recent purchase from Sneaks Up Turkiye. On September 19, 2022, I purchased a pair of Converse Chuck 70 Plus for my daughter to wear to school. Unfortunately, the shoes were found to be defective, with obvious flaws in both the midsole and the canvas, as evidenced by the photos I provided. I attempted to resolve the issue by contacting Converse Turkiye, but they refused to exchange or refund the product, even after I demonstrated the defects when they inspected the shoes in March 2023. Sneaks Up also refused to assist, leaving me frustrated and stuck with a defective product. I really hope Converse takes my complaint seriously and finds a solution. It's not fair that I paid a high price for a faulty product that was supposed to last a long time. I simply want justice and for the situation to be resolved quickly and efficiently.
