My Columbia Shoes Ripped in Two Months
The shoes I bought from your store ripped in less than two months of wear. This is completely unacceptable for a brand that claims to produce durable outdoor gear.
When I went back to the store, before I even said a word about the defect, the sales associate immediately asked, "Did they rip?" This clearly shows that this isn't an isolated incident; they've received numerous complaints about the same tearing issue with these specific shoes. It's infuriating that Columbia continues to sell a product they know is defective.
Nobody earns their money easily, and I refuse to let Columbia take mine for a shoddy product. I've already drafted my complaint, and I will pursue every legal right available to me. My trust in Columbia is completely shattered. Columbia, you need to provide a full refund for these defective shoes immediately! Stop selling faulty products and acknowledge your manufacturing flaws.
