Columbia Titanium Jacket Not Waterproof and Sheds Excessively

In February, I purchased a Columbia Titanium model product. At the time of purchase, I was told that it was waterproof; however, even during normal rain while running, the product allows water to seep through. Additionally, the product sheds excessively, leaving all of my clothing covered in lint.

After experiencing these issues, I contacted the company and requested a refund or replacement, but my request was denied. I have been inconvenienced by a product that does not meet its advertised features and is uncomfortable to use.

I request that the product be inspected and that an explanation be provided as to why it does not perform as advertised as waterproof. If deemed necessary, I expect either a full refund or a replacement with a problem-free product.
