Columbia Shoes' Waterproofing Failed

I purchased a pair of Columbia shoes with claimed waterproof features. Despite the assurance, my feet got soaked during rainfall. I returned the shoes to the store for examination, and after inspection, they claimed there was no issue. However, upon using the shoes again, the problem persisted. I reached out to Columbia's official email with videos and images, but the response was once again negative. I feel customer satisfaction is disregarded for this high-priced item, and I am dissatisfied. I await contact from the responsible parties. Additionally, I want to express my intention to file a complaint with the Consumer Court.
