Columbia Turkey Does Not Stand Behind Their Product

Hello, approximately 1.5 years ago we bought a shoe from your Turkish branch. Even if the product did not use actively, the right side of the shoe ripped off. We called Turkey's customer support, but they told us the warranty covers only the first year. Generally, we think that Columbia makes durable products for long-term use. However, your Turkey branch didn’t stand behind their defective product, plus their customer service department is not even answering phones or emails. So, If Columbia provides support to us on this topic, we will be glad. If the issue is resolved, I will post an update. Much appreciation in advance.
