Unfortunately, after just two years, the feathers began leaking heavily from the sleeve, which completely undermines the product’s claims. I contacted Gözalan Group, hoping for assistance, but their response was dismissive. Instead of addressing the issue, they advised pursuing legal action, leaving me without any solution or support. I expected better accountability and customer care from a brand of this reputation. This experience has been upsetting, and I urge them to take responsibility for the products they sell.
