Columbia Sold Me a Mountain Hardwear Jacket That Started Leaking Feathers

About three years ago, I purchased a goose-down puffer jacket from the Columbia store at Zorlu Center, sold under Columbia’s sub-brand Mountain Hardwear. It was advertised as having a seamless design, using advanced technology, and guaranteed not to shed feathers. Unfortunately, after just two years, the feathers began leaking heavily from the sleeve, which completely undermines the product’s claims. I contacted Gözalan Group, hoping for assistance, but their response was dismissive. Instead of addressing the issue, they advised pursuing legal action, leaving me without any solution or support. I expected better accountability and customer care from a brand of this reputation. This experience has been upsetting, and I urge them to take responsibility for the products they sell.
