Columbia Shoes with 2-Year Warranty Show Interior Damage in Months

I purchased a pair of Columbia shoes on May 1, 2024, with the assurance of a 2-year warranty. Due to work, I wear them only 2 hours daily and never on weekends. Despite this light use, the interior of the shoes has already started to deteriorate, even though the exterior remains in good condition. I took them back to the store, and they were sent for inspection, only to be blamed on “user error.” I’m genuinely disappointed that a brand like Columbia would wear out so quickly under such limited use. Columbia, please take responsibility and address this issue. I expect a prompt resolution, whether through a replacement or repair.
