Columbia Shoes Fell Apart in 2 Months – Denied Exchange & Rude Staff

I bought a pair of Columbia shoes, and within just two months, the front of the shoes split open. I requested an inspection, expecting a resolution, but after a full month, I received no update.

I finally went to the store myself to check on the status, and only then did they bother to review my case. The next day, they rejected my request, claiming there was no defect—after keeping me waiting for weeks. To make things worse, the female staff member at the Akmerkez store was extremely rude and disrespectful.

I will never buy from Columbia again after this experience. Columbia, if you care about your customers, address the poor service and fix your quality issues now!
