I Can’t Withdraw My Money from Coinstreamex and My Account Is Frozen

Back in December 2024, I started communicating with a user on X (formerly Twitter), going by the handle @j***, who persistently encouraged me to invest in Coinstreamex. I had used the platform before, depositing around $100 and successfully withdrawing it without issues. This time, however, I deposited more—nearly $200 over several days. My balance grew to approximately $500, and when I attempted to withdraw it, I was told I could only do so after two months.

That deadline passed on February 25, but when I tried to access my funds, I found that my account was still frozen and completely inaccessible. Despite reaching out, I haven’t received any support or explanation. My money is locked, and I feel completely scammed.

I demand that Coinstreamex immediately unfreeze my account and allow me to withdraw my ₺500. This situation is unacceptable. I urge the platform to provide a clear resolution or I will pursue further action. I’m sharing this to warn others—don’t fall into the same trap.
