I Can’t Withdraw My Coins on Coinstreamex Due to “Account Abnormality” Error

I made a coin purchase on https://m.coinstreamex.com, expecting to trade and withdraw freely when the time was right. However, now that I want to sell my coins and withdraw the funds, the withdrawal feature has suddenly stopped working. The system shows an error message saying “There is an abnormality in your account,” which makes no sense since I’ve followed every step correctly.

What’s worse is that the withdrawal function was previously working just fine. I contacted their so-called customer support team multiple times and received no response whatsoever. I feel like I’m being ignored on purpose, and it’s extremely frustrating not to have access to my own money.

I’m asking Coinstreamex to urgently investigate and resolve this issue. I need full access to my account and funds without shady restrictions. If anyone else has faced this issue and found a solution, please share.
