I Can’t Get My Refund from CoinPayments.net Despite Paying All Required Fees
I’ve deposited money into my CoinPayments.net account multiple times, and each time, the funds never showed up in my balance. When I contacted support, they asked for the TXID, which I provided correctly, yet they still claimed it was invalid. Then, they told me I needed to send a TRX gas fee for a refund, which I did — more than once.
Even after successfully sending the TRX, they still insist the refund can’t be processed due to “incorrect information”. What’s worse is that every time I try to create a new refund request, they demand even more money.
This is beyond frustrating. I have followed all their instructions, paid their fees, and provided proof, but I keep getting the runaround. This feels like a scheme to take advantage of users rather than help them. I demand that CoinPayments process my refund immediately without requesting more unnecessary payments.
